Alex is a top man!
BMW X5 purchase; it's a nice car and a pleasure to drive. While I expected a bit more from the electric side, it's quick, responsive, and very comfortable. Having owned a GLE before, I find the X5 even quicker and more stylish. It feels more powerful and soon shifts when you put your foot down. Alex, has been outstanding. He answered all my questions and took care of everything. I've dealt with Alex on a few occasions now, he is my go-to guy, and I'll never go anywhere else. Top-notch service and a top man!

Alex is a knowledgeable chap and knows cars like the back of his hand, the level of knowledge he had is out of this world. It's as if he can answer any question about any car without even thinking! It was really nice to buy from somebody who has a serious passion for cars. I have had a slight little issue with the tyres since buying but Alex was more than forthcoming with any reimbursement, he was a pleasure to deal with on all aspects, even aftercare. He was informative from the get go and kept me in the loop of things at all times, I was never left wondering where things were up to, he provided constant updates. Everything has been sound with my car buying experience. The guys are a pleasure to do business with, and stick to their word. My Mercedes GLE is an incredible motor, a real impressive drive, so smooth I'm almost gliding on the roads, its pure luxury. I am made up with it. My sales representative Alex is a good lad, great at his job and you can see he is passionate about what he does, it's nice to buy from a fellow car enthusiast. I'll be back at some point Forward Group, but for now, I'll be recommending to everybody!

I spotted a smashing Range Rover Evoque online with this seller when I started my online car search. it had been proven to be more difficult that anticipated with how picky I was being, until I saw this one. The car has well and truly out done itself, it is ace! Smooth running and just how I expected it to be. My expectations were not only met but exceeded down at Forward Group.
