I only have highly positive feedback for the Forward Group. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the staff here when purchasing my new Audi. Alex is a diamond, he is always on hand to help with anything, and the communication is excellent, he is responsive, knowledgeable and able to answer any question thrown at him. I have dealt with Alex a handful of times now and will always return when I want a change of car. The Range Rover Evoque, my most recent purchase, is a dream, its a lovely lovely car and so aesthetically pleasing, the interior is pure luxury, and the comfort is next level, I absolutely love it. BMW X5 purchase; it's a nice car and a pleasure to drive. While I expected a bit more from the electric side, it's quick, responsive, and very comfortable. Having owned a GLE before, I find the X5 even quicker and more stylish. It feels more powerful and soon shifts when you put your foot down. Alex, has been outstanding. He answered all my questions and took care of everything. I've dealt with Alex on a few occasions now, he is my go-to guy, and I'll never go anywhere else. Top-notch service and a top man!

Alex is a knowledgeable chap and knows cars like the back of his hand, the level of knowledge he had is out of this world. It's as if he can answer any question about any car without even thinking! It was really nice to buy from somebody who has a serious passion for cars. He was spot on from start to finish, the lad is top drawer and so nice to deal with.
